Welcome to Torfaen Online - a Community Grid for Learning Over the past 3 years our Community Grid for Learning has worked closely with community and voluntary groups in the County Borough of Torfaen, South Wales. Our main aim has been to help groups develop an online presence by training them to create good quality websites. This way they can promote their work and their activities locally, nationally and internationally.
