AM Minister Visits IT Bus

Last term (Summer 2004) was yet again a very busy term. One of the highlights for us was the surprise visit of Lynne Neagle, Assembly Minister for Torfaen.

The Bus was at its Thursday afternoon stop at Blaenavon (Prince Street car park). The car park was unusually busy but we squeezed into a space. When John noticed the owners of the cars arriving, he jumped out of the bus with his leaflets in his hands. He approached two ladies and asked them if they knew about the IT bus and would they like to take a closer look inside.

One of the ladies said she was very interested as she was Lynne Neagle AM minister for Torfaen. She came into the bus and was very interested in what the students were doing. She sat and chatted with us and the students and offered her services if we need any help in the future.

John and myself would like to thank her for spending some of her busy day with us.
