TRAC - Resource and Activity Centre based in Pontypool, Torfaen. Centre includes a drop-in cafe, a meeting place for community groups and an IT suite.

Thyroid Support Group Wales - a small group of thyroid cancer patients in South Wales who have joined together to set up a selfhelp support group for the benefit of thyroid cancer patients.
