Lots of free online tutorials for many aspects of IT, including the Internet and Web design. Lots of tutorials for Flash, Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Some tutorials are better than others but overall a well recommended site.There is also a full online training course called the "Wizard on the Web" which is entirely free. It is more advanced and covers networking, developing your website and managing your webserver. Haven't tried it but sounds good.

This website contains online tutorials covering everything from web basics to using Javascript and Flash in your website. The site also includes tips on using digital cameras and scanners. Some of the tutorials are quite text heavy but overall its a very useful resource.
